The world and USA should not see China as co-operation in all aspects. US and Japan should have learned its lesson by now just looking in its economics by trading with China, to uprise the sufferings . US is currently having high employment with over 43 % of its people collecting welfare. There are some people unhappy with USA and want to gear up China to take on US. US, under blackmailing from China by using military, should no longer go for Taiwan for talks with mainland as it is up to the Taiwan people from their democracy. To let Taiwan go forward to China is against the human logic because there is only one communist party pressing the others from Taiwan for cooperation, making no opposition for free China mainland. Only idiots would do cooperation with China. When one does venture cooperation with China in medicals, one can also do it with India, or Malaysia, but why always China? However, there are always winners around the globe and not idiots. It is not concerning about China's economic picture, but its military uprising. China thinks it can do whatever it wants now in the contention about Asia, for aggression in the region. Just India and Japan connecting together would be bigger economies than China's, with bigger prospects as consumers for larger population. At the same time, many others are also striving up, like South Korea, Fillipines, Malaysia, and so forth. These are more important freedom people in the region, for engagement in all aspects than China, and they need to be protected from own by building up of military defence. People will see more achievement from these people increasingly , and they are beautiful and they can do the job. What has been so wrong is not focusing majority freedom beautiful people in Asia. Chinese are the minority people in Pacific. Chinese military had no experience outside mainland China before. You won't get scared when you do things right with strength and then you will be the winners.
Reasons Why

Reasons why it is only good not to admit students from China to study English and even in arts theatre, and medicine, besides technology: 1)The Chinese have a slower learning abilty than other people in English and this is a waste of time. 2)Few Chinese can learn English fast , but then they will teach other Chinese eaiser in English to spread their logos and propaganda in English, whereby this will make more worldwide people becoming naive and ignorant to fall into their preys. As ex-president Bush said before: how beautiful the Chinese English was when they spoke. By the way, that was why Bush went to China so many times. He told during his first election saying he would defend Taiwan, and yet he refused to sell hardware to Taiwan, and even was afraid to see Dalai Lamia. 3)If Chinese were trained in arts and theatre, medicine, then others would add that might be economic connection in arts to do business and medicals. Hollywood might as well include Chinese propaganda movies and be taken over by the Chinese. That would humiliate the American people. But they are not good in global pop music and beautiful arts because they don't like them, besides the government in China does not allow them as they adore their simplified characters, which are basically coming from low-life people who are not expertise in language logics, literature, literacy, and arts. 4) The bottom line to let Chinese come close, is a waste of time and detrimental, resulting vast losses and insecurity in all areas. 5)There are more opportunities for them to deciet and make frauds and do many things easily to harm the world by using English as the world people use English to communicate. 6)They have enough people now who know enough English that they have to do so in English based on needs to do business. 7)Hence to teach Chinese in anything will be no good.

Regarding the Chinese in Vancouver region, it is true that Richmond has increased many Chinese population through immigration, especially last eight years with people from China. This has displaced many western bars and businesses in Richmond, but not in Vancouver and other suburbs. After 1988, most Chinese who came, were from Hong Kong , due to finding the security after Tiannmann Massacre in China. Then there was another load of Chinese from TAIWAN IMMIGRANTS during the Taiwan military strait threat to Taiwan those days from China. Thus there are differences among the people here, from long-timer immigrants to recent comers. Most the Chinese businesses are still held by those old-timers, such as, from Hong Kong and Taiwan, with Chinese Han character signs, and are as well as viable economic consumers and spenders and also majorly as a whole from many others , but not from people of mainland China. Lately, immigrants from Fillipines and India have surpassed the people immigrating from China, and there are lots of frauds in many areas of those from China. The economics do come from diversity population, and actually it is minimal from those from China. People from mainland China have poor English and attitude than others, and are more and less acting as a big burdern here, including in economics. It has over-immigrated that there is no economics from people from China especially , but resources are put out to accommodate instead. That is about it.

Politics ARE the economies AND ALSO THE ECONOMIC BENEFITS. BY GETTING MIXED UP FROM DATING AND LOOKING AT WHAT IS ECONOMY FIRST TO CONDUCT AN ECONOMIC POLICY, IT IS A LOSER IN ALL ASPECTS, SUCH AS TRADE WITH CHINA . One does not need to ask professors about it. USA has a very large economy, and it is a pitiful empathy that universities of USA think by letting mainland China's students come to USA to study will give rise to economic benefits. Since US economy is so big, these are considered SMALL few drops in a big bucket as not economic benefits, BUT the harms and disadvantages outweigh the little posture of any economic benefits. One does not train people from a big communist country to be better off in science and technolgy to steal other people's stuff. STOP ADMITTING STUDENTS FROM CHINA IN THE UNIVERSITIES IN WESTERN NATIONS NOW! The case about China being able to venture into space and develop its satellites for any military uses is a result of others letting Chinese come close or do cooperation venture. Those did not come from them, and it came from spying on US technology and also from the Russians in satellites and space technology. The immigrants from China are not economic benefits either, but are free loaders to burden westerners from their work output. The Chinese immigrants do not have talented ability, whereby THESE people fake and lie in their immigration applications. The world is getting dangerous. One should not feel such confusing and self misleading (You don't give up your position or managerial status to let others be your boss-Chinese? to RUN YOU DOWN AND make you lose away eventually, just to have relation with the Chinese for engagement in economics, STUPID). THE PRINCIPLES AND DOCTRINE AND CREDIBILTY ARE THAT WHOEVER WHO ARE NOT EVIL, CREDIBLE, AND CREDIDTED TO PROTECT FREEDOM AND STAND FOR RIGHTS OF WORLD PEOPLE TO ENJOY THE SUPPOSED HAPPINESS OF MANKIND, SHOULD HAVE THE ECONOMIES, BUT NOT THE CHINESE.

What you write does not correspond to the reality! Recently CNN reported, that there are PLENTY of American students, who study actually at USA Famous Universities, who opened campuses in China. They are studying also Chinese as they are of the opinion,it language skills will help them to fond a good-paid job after graduation. Not ALL Chinese garduates of USA Universities are staying in USA...most now days are returning to their home land. I can undeerstand you...I was in Vancouver some years ago and you have a large Chinese popultaion in Richmond. Driving on the streets of Richmond,Vancouver,I did not see ONE single sign in English...ONLY Chinese! Your Government should make it clear, that ONLY people, who assimilate in the Canadian society, will become citizens. It was the politic of Canada Governmen in 1998,when Hong Kong was returned to China,to allow hordes of Chinese to immigrate to Canada. It is the SAME politics, which the AUSTRALIAN Government pursue...to FILL Canad with more and more people in order NOT to be diminished by the "big brother" ,USA!

It is not good that American students study simplified Chinese ( different from Han Chinese in Taiwan and Hong Kong ) because the China economic syndrome is coming to slow down after a while of grabbing global consumers' money and resources since people are having no jobs and are in debts these days. To do business and participate in economics is still using English, not the mainland Chinese language in nowadays' times and into the future. Of course Chinese students have to go back home, like any other foreign students as western nations' people don't even have jobs for themselves. But the Chinese after studying technology, if working in US forms, can steal intellectual properties and secret technology giving to China. It is only good not to admit students from China to study English and even in arts and theatre, besides technology (It is not here to illustrate in long paragraphs of telling the reasons why).

We already had a single payer system in the 1960's & 70's. The politicians killed it in favor of allowing insurance companies into the business. They also gave us HMOs at the same time. The chief complaint about the single payer system, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, then a quasi government entity was that nobody cared about ever increasing costs. Now they want government to take the whole thing over! Back to a single payer system that we already know doesn't work. Government officials know this already. Could there be some other reason they want to completely control your healthcare choices? Hello!!!!!!!!!
