It was better than I expected, a more realistic story than in the original 70s films. How the apes became intelligent was a bit ludicrous, but overall not too bad. Far too much cgi but you can't getaway from that these days.

Felt the title was a bit of a mislead, but it's great to have solid storytelling instead of just a typical remake formula.
